Our kombucha is freshly made every one or two weeks, it all depens on weather conditions. In summer it takes about 10-12 days to have a new batch, but in winter is much more longer, 14-20 days for a fully fermented process. Kombucha can last for more than 1 month but best consumed within 2 weeks after bottling. Then the kombucha will gradually acidify, it’s sour and becomes vinegar.
